Wine & A Movie (virtually, of course)!

As a diversion from our typical events that focus on legal doctrine and jurisprudence, we’d like offer another avenue for discourse among HLS alumni - movies with a legal “nexus” accompanied by suggested wine pairings tailored to the film. For our first feature, Claudia Garnica and Carey Worrell have selected Sour Grapes , which is a documentary about the rare wine auction market, specifically focused on a counterfeiter who sold millions of dollars of fraudulent wine through auction houses. The movie is widely available for streaming, including on Netflix. Suggested wine pairings by a local sommelier to be announced soon!

Current and admitted students in the area are welcome to join.
